I am Registered Counsellor with the HPCSA  and qualified Post-Partum Doula based in the Western Cape. 

My practice is rooted in a deep passion for supporting people in healing from trauma and attachment wounds, those early relational experiences (or disruptions) that can quietly influence how we feel about ourselves, connect with others, and parent our children.

I work with adults, caregivers, and children from age 5 and up. 

My approach integrates evidence-informed modalities:

• BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Level 1: A  targeted method grounded in neuroscience that helps reprocess trauma responses, anxiety, and ingrained patterns at their root, often bringing relief without needing to relive every detail.
• Play-based Counselling: An expressive, child-led way to help younger clients (or inner-child aspects in adults) process attachment wounds and trauma through safe, symbolic play, fostering emotional regulation and trust.
• Narrative Therapy: A collaborative tool to externalize problems, re-author your life story, and highlight strengths.
• Attachment-based work.
