Employee Wellness Support provides organisations with professional support to care for the mental and emotional well-being of their teams. Services include wellness programmes, debriefing sessions after difficult or traumatic events, and individual support to help employees navigate stress, build resilience, and maintain overall well-being.
CPD-accredited attachment workshops are offered for professionals who work with children and families. The training explores the foundations of attachment, the impact of early relational experiences, and practical ways to support healthy emotional development. Participants will leave with practical tools that can be applied in therapeutic, educational, and caregiving contexts.
